Leafy Productions is the sole trading name used by Leigh Gilles. The author, illustrator and animator of the products found on this site.

It is a family business inspired by a homework assignment given to Leigh’s daughter, Abbey Rose, at the age of 6. The assignment was to write a short poem. So, with the help of her dad, Abbey wrote a short two verses for the now titular character of the Leafy Crew, Leafy Keith.

A few years on and Leigh extended the story of Leafy Keith, adding several members to the crew and beginning Leafy Productions.

Leigh is a 23 year British Army veteran that has not only set up Leafy Productions; but is also the founder of Wonder Wards. A Charity with the objective to improve the quality of life for children and young people fighting life limiting conditions. This is why he has commited to giving 5% of overall Leafy Production profits to the charity.

Leafy Production stories are written and animated to bring smiles and joy to childrens faces.
